I grew up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado with a quiet sensitivity to the world around and within me. Even as a child, I followed a strong inner compass — calling me to seek deeper meaning in the world within and around me. That led me to explore varied teachers, books, and landscapes across the US, Central America and Mexico. Seeking to understand not just the world, but the human experience of body, mind, and spirit.
In my travels and studies I draw on over a decade of study in Meditation, Dream work, Vedic philosophy, Alchemy, Birth, Ritual healing, nutrition, and herbalism. Along with extensive yoga training as a certified 500 hour yoga teacher. (These elements often weave gently into sessions, offering clients multidimensional support on their healing path.)
After surviving a personal trauma in 2018 I found Somatic Experience.
I was in the depths of PTSD and psychosis — disconnected from my body, mind, and spirit. SE was the bridge that brought me home. Through consistent work with my SE therapist and powerful mentorship from teachers like Ruby Jo Walker, Irene Lyon, Luis Mojica, and Peter Levine I experienced firsthand how reconnecting with the body can bring deep and lasting healing. Today I am trained in Somatic Experiencing® (Intermediate Year) and have been working with clients since.
I have since met my mentor Heidi Crocket who has beautifully merged Interpersonal neurobiology and Somatic experience creating a powerful healing practice. I am now certified as a Integrative Brain health coach.
Now my work brings together two powerful modalities: brain-based coaching and SE nervous system integration. As a Certified Brain Health Coach, trained in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), I help clients develop executive function and integration through practices grounded in neuroscience and compassion. Using tools from the 9 Wizard Brain Skills and the 9 Levels of Integration, we work together to build clarity, structure, and intentional living — all in alignment with your values and nervous system capacity.
Together, these two approaches form the heart of my coaching work: we build resilience from both the bottom up (nervous system) and the top down (executive function and insight). This means we work with the whole self — not just behavior or mindset, but the physiology and deeper wiring that drive it all.
My work also extends to birth. As a trained doula, I advocate for women’s liberation and nervous system literacy in maternal care. I understand how disconnected the medical system can be from the lived experience of birth — and how SE can support women in reclaiming power during birth and postpartum.
My work is holistic, integrative, and grounded in reverence — for the body, the brain, the spirit and the Earth that holds them all.
